We have used Kevin Stokes of EconIMPACT LLC twice to perform a study of the Flagler College Economic Impact. He assessed our impact on Saint Johns County and on the City of Saint Augustine. He helped us get this message out during our capital campaign. He also helped us to improve our image in the community. I was able to use the EconIMPACT numbers in a City Council meeting where there was opposition to a property purchase we wished to make.

Naturally, the impact in direct spending is a major factor, but this report also explored certain benefits to the community that are not always as evident, including what the report calls the ‘knowledge impact,’ but also cultural and community service benefits.
